MEDITATION is the practice where an individual uses a technique, like focusing or mindfulness, to train attention and awareness, creating a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state of being. Some popular types of meditation are: focused, mindfulness, spiritual, movement, mantra, and transcendental, to choose from that is best suited for you personally.  

Our classes are designed to accommodate all levels from beginners to experts, which can be enjoyed from the personal space of your choice during our virtual classes or at one of our many in person locations throughout South Florida. Class size varies depending upon the instuctors space availability, so call us to assist you in scheduling the most convenient class for your needs, including offering your own personalized private group of family & friends, taught by licensed, expierenced and highly trained instructors.
